Barbra is a speech therapist with over 35 years of experience working with children and adults with communication challenges. She is passionate about making sure that every individual feels heard, understood, and respected.

Before starting her own private practice, Barbra dedicated 25 years to working at a school for children with complex communication needs. Her experience spans a wide range of settings including hospitals, early intervention programs, group homes, adult day programs, and private practice. Additionally, she has supervised graduate students at university clinics and in the field.

Barbra specializes in providing assistive technology and AAC therapy for individuals with complex communication needs. She takes pride in providing services tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Her passion for AAC extends beyond direct client work as she also provides trainings for school districts and other agencies serving kids or adults who could benefit from AAC.

As a leader in her field, Barbra serves on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Speech-Language-Hearing Association and acts as the Chair of their AAC Committee. She is a sought-after speaker at conferences and provides specialized trainings on AAC, sharing her knowledge and expertise with fellow professionals across the state.

Barbra treats every client with the kindness and respect she would want her own family members to receive. In her spare time, she cherishes moments with her husband, their three adult children, and their beloved dog. She also enjoys running, reading, and spending time outdoors!
